Most of our clients offer employee benefit plans because they want to help their employees address certain risks. While this might seem admirable, many clients don't take the time to consider who they should partner with in order to deliver these services. What good is it to offer certain group insurance to employees, if those employees don't understand the real value of the coverage? Or, which option is the most appropriate for them and their family? Picking benefits to offer is not nearly as important as selecting who to partner with to deliver those benefits.
The greatest value we bring is by being both employer-facing AND employee-facing. We work with employers to craft a benefits package that is competitive enough to attract talented people. Then we work with them to efficiently implement the plans. Part of the implementation process is educating the employees on why certain coverage is being offered, why they should consider enrolling, and what the impact is to their dependents. Lastly, we provide ongoing education to employees as well as ongoing due diligence to employers to make sure the pricing is the most competitive available.
